Our room was fabulous and provided with a large Smeg fridge, a sofa, as for instance as expected. Besides, the location was marvellous and incredible for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of French Quarter...

We didn't like the bed, it was terribly uncomfortable.

Perfect service throughout the hotel. A minibar, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV available in the standard king room. The exceptional staff with great attitude to guests. Marvellous and fantastic location, 5 minutes' walk to Henry Clay Statue.

perfect base for new orleans adventures with amazing food nearby

The hotel offers a vibrant atmosphere with easy access to fine local attractions like the new orleans jazz museum, just under 2.5 km away, and the charming beignets at cafe du monde, around 1.5 km away. As a solo traveler, I loved the buzzing lobby and the rooftop bar that brought the city alive at night.

great location but limited dining options

The generous room size offered plenty of space to relax. The beautiful design. The onsite amenities were a great convenience, especially the lovely pool area that provided a perfect escape.

Had a blast enjoying the cozy vibe and the photo booth in the hall. It. The pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to chill and soak up the sun. They did overcharge my card at check-in, but it got sorted out quickly-just make sure to double-check your bill 😊

The decor was beautifully designed with warm colors and vintage elements. The lobby and dining areas were inviting, and I appreciated the easy accessibility for seniors with ramps throughout the hotel.

More comfortable seating options in common areas are needed.

We lounged by the clean pool and relaxed to the DJ set by Erick Santero, then explored the sights with the sightseeing pass. The drinks were fantastic and the staff was super helpful. The overall vibe was just what we needed to unwind with friends.

Unfortunately, our check-in process was a hassle. We had to wait well past the 3 PM check-in time before our rooms were ready, frustrating after a long trip.

The vibrant atmosphere and engaging bar scene added to the experience. Minor check-in delays didn't overshadow the overall charm.

Perfect spot for a chill getaway

I enjoyed the retro vibe of the room-the floors were slick and had that unique charm, and the vintage fridge was stocked with all my favorites! The bar staff hooked us up with amazing dinner suggestions that really hit the spot.

It wasn't cheap, but considering the overall experience, I'd say it was acceptable.

A Nice Stay in the Heart of New Orleans!

Our recent trip was lovely! The staff were very good too ensure we felt welcomed. The rooftop pool was a perfect getaway, and dining at the restaurant offered good local cuisine. Pro tip, Grab a cocktail by the pool and enjoy the view!

Air conditioning didn't work well. The location is perfect for live music and nearby restaurants.

New Orleans cuisine had me buzzing, especially with gems like Willa Jean for brunch. Our room was a stylish escape, perched high up, a thoughtful nod to the city's nightlife. Plus, the rooftop pool was pure bliss, offering an oasis vibe amidst the bustling streets.
